Stators in various designs and of varying quality, suitable for foodstuffs but also for tough requirements, optionally with dry-run protection. Used, among other things, in eccentric screw pumps manufactured by ALLWEILER, NETZSCH, SEEPEX, WANGEN

Rotors, along with stators, constitute the main conveying elements of the eccentric screw pumps, manufactured from various materials. Chrome plating or other coatings can be applied to reduce wear and tear.

For power transmission, drive shafts, plug-in shafts, connection shafts, universal joint shafts and coupling rods are used. Manufacturers such as ALLWEILER, NETZSCH, SEEPEX and WANGEN use their own joints and hinges to create the connection between the component parts.

The hinges connect the rotating parts and provide reliable power transmission. Hinges such as pivot joints optionally with wear and tear bushing, curved tooth couplings (K hinges), Z hinges, universal joints, are provided protection using cuffs.

Rotating mechanical seals, drive seals, LWD cartridges, stuffing boxes– or various other seals keep media in place where they should be and protect the environment. They fulfil the most diverse tasks, depending on the intended purpose.

Bearings, Nilos rings, lock rings, clamping elements or torsionally flexible couplings round off the needs for all pumps.

Pumatec offers various spare parts for centrifugal pumps such as impeller wheels, repair kits, sealing kits as well as all other components, especially for ANDRITZ, Calpeda, Ebara, KSB, WILO (EMU).

As system provider you also receive products from a number of other areas, such as e.g. pneumatics. We supply pressure regulators manufactured by FAIRCHILD.
